Book Club will be hosting a Used Book Sale at Midland Elementary School on Saturday, November 9th from 9am-12pm. We are looking for donations of new or gently used children's books to sell. We're accepting board books up to young adult novels. We will be selling all soft cover for 50 cents and all hard cover for $1 with the money going to the Lacon Home Journal Christmas Fund. Last year we raised over $460 to donate and this year the students want to beat that total. If you have any books you're looking to get rid of, we will happily take them. Donations accepted up until Thursday, November 7th.
