MS Track & Field will start practicing on Monday, February 26th. It will be open to 6th, 7th & 8th graders. All athletes must have a current physical on file in the Middle School office. Athletes/parents are also required to sign off on the Middle School Athletic Policy which can be found on the MMS website under "Athletics". If you have done this for another sport this school year, you do not need to do it again.

This evening's Skate Night will have a time change. Free skating will be from 6-7:30 pm. No drop-offs, parents must be present. Thank you and see you tonight!

As a result of Erin’s Law, the state of Illinois requires schools to cover personal body safety & sexual abuse prevention education to grades Pre-K thru 12. On Tuesday February 20th (5th- 6th grade) and Wednesday February 21st (remaining 6th grade -8th grade) representatives from Freedom House in Princeton will meet with Midland Middle School students. They will discuss healthy relationships with 5th and 6th graders and physical and emotional boundaries with 7th and 8th graders.
If you’d like to opt out your child from the lesson, please call the middle school office to speak with Mr. Janssen or Ms. Robison.

Dear Midland Community,
I am writing to inform you and not to alarm you. This morning, an alternative Midland bus window was hit by a projectile causing part of the window to break.

If you are planning to attend the MS Volleyball game at Galva Elementary School tonight, we just received a call that Route 34 is shut down due to an overturned semi and it's a hazmat situation.

We would love to hear from you! It's that time of year and we are thinking about the school calendar for next year. We want your feedback as parents/guardians. Please click the link and answer 2 questions. #twolves7pride
